The High Risk Management Correctional Centre is a purpose-built maximum security facility for male offenders and is situated within the Goulburn Correctional Complex. It is located in the Southern Tablelands, 197 km south-west of Sydney.

The nearest train station is Goulburn. A taxi ride from the station to the complex is approximately 3km.
Travelling from Sydney, turn right at the first set of lights into Union Street. Turn first right at the roundabout and follow the road for 1km to the correctional centre. There is ample parking outside the main boom gate.
Visits must be booked by phoning - 02 4827 2424, Monday - Friday from 9am. If the inmate you wish to visit had a visit booked for the previous weekend, then you may book from Wednesday at 9am.
Before travelling for a visit, please call the correctional centre to confirm visit and visiting time.

Legal practitioners may visit Wednesday to Friday between 930 - 1130am and 1230-230pm.
48 hours prior notice is required for legal visits to HRMCC.
Written notification of the intention to visit signed by a practicing solicitor (with signature block identifying solicitor) must be faxed to the HRMCC on (02) 4827 2430.
