Amber Laurel Correctional Centre
The Amber Laurel Correctional Centre is an intake and transient facility in western Sydney. It manages newly arrested or charged inmates as well as those who have been refused bail and facing court.
The smoke-free facility accommodates up to 56 inmates and operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week to receive offenders and remandees directly from NSW Police and the courts.
Amber Laurel also features audio-visual facilities linked to courthouses to enable some court matters to be heard from within the centre, including those held on Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.

Amber Laurel features two accommodation areas to cater for a range of male and female inmates.
The Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network manage the centre's clinic
