The proposal to repurpose the former Juniperina Juvenile Justice Centre as Mary Wade Correctional Centre was approved by the Justice Secretary on 30 March 2017.
Approval was granted following a comprehensive review of environmental factors (REF). Files relating to the
review can be downloaded below. For security reasons, some diagrams have been removed.
